THE SYSTEM

The Shooter Lab is a structured shooting development system designed to help athletes build confidence, consistency, and game-ready shooting performance. Athletes don’t just train, they follow a proven progression that combines: coaching, high-repetition shooting and Game application.

Every athlete starts with a clear plan and progresses with purpose.

THE SHOOTER ANLYSIS

The First Step - Athletes will:

Receive direct coaching and feedback

Evaluate mechanics and consistency

Establish a clear baseline for improvement

Following the session, athletes receive a personalized plan with recommended next steps.

ONGOING TRAINING PROGRAMS

Development Plan (8 Sessions/Month)

Best for athletes serious about improvement

8 sessions per month

Faster progression through repetition

Designed for consistent growth and confidence

Maintenance Plan (4 Sessions/Month)

Perfect for athletes balancing team play and skill work

4 sessions per month

Maintain mechanics and performance

Best for in-season or supplemental training

SHOOTING CAMPS

In Each Camp Session, Athletes will:

Structured, purposeful training

Build consistency and confidence

Coaching and high-repetition reps

Compete in controlled, game-like situations

Training spots are limited to maintain a high level of coaching and development.

The Shooter Lab helps athletes build confident, consistent shooting through purposeful training and direct coaching from Coach Jason Perkins. Every athlete begins with a Shooter Lab Analysis and progresses through a development system focused on mechanics, rhythm, and game shooting.
